Areas of expertise
“Whether you are an employer or employee, you are emotionally involved in employment issues and it’s important that I address my clients’ needs and concerns when advising them. When the situation is not quite going to plan, I understand how this can affect both employers and employees alike. I am able to provide practical and balanced advice in order to resolve the situation. There is always an interesting employment issue to resolve, and I enjoy helping people do this, so they can get on with the job in hand.”
I am an active person and like to get out in the fresh air, whether it is running, cycling or fell walking. I also enjoy swimming and yoga.
At the weekends I enjoy spending time with my family, taking part in activities together.
