"My work involves great variety and connects me with people from all walks of life and therefore I never quite know what will land on my desk next. A lot of my work is very personal and emotionally challenging for my clients and therefore it’s not always simply a question of the law, it’s about understanding the person and finding a solution that will enable the client to move forward."
I live with my husband and two daughters on a hillside in Northumberland. Having two young children keeps me busy but I do also own a horse and ride when I can (nothing too crazy these days sadly!). I have also been known to jump on a stage and perform with amateur dramatic clubs.
