After receiving a first class Ba(Hons) in Archaeology and History and an MLitt in Archaeology from Newcastle University, Elliot completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at Northumbria University. Throughout studying for the GDL, Elliot took on regular, weekly work experience with Short, Richardson & Forth before becoming a Professional Support Lawyer in 2019. Elliot has experience in legal research, organisation of case files, the creation of chronologies, preparation of bundles for trial and drafting instructions to counsel. Elliot also has extensive experience in debt recovery matters and has taken matters from initial pre-action letters through to drafting claims and post-judgment enforcement.
Elliot primarily works across the Dispute Resolution and the Employment Law teams assisting both teams in a range of tasks.
I have been lucky to have the opportunity to work with both the dispute resolution and employment teams at SRF. I am privileged to be able to meet and work with people across a broad spectrum of industries and backgrounds, and achieve bespoke solutions.
Outside of the law, Elliot has enjoyed playing the guitar from a young age. Elliot also likes to keep healthy through regular training at a local martial arts club.
