    A seminar on topical Insolvency and Property issues of particular interest to Insolvency Practitioners, Surveyors and Property companies.

    About this Event

    Insolvency and Commercial Property experts from Short Richardson & Forth Solicitors and Jonathan Rodger of Trinity Chambers will present a detailed review of tenant insolvency, including CVA's, the effect on commercial landlords and practical examples when dealing with an insolvent seller.

    Timetable for this event is as follows:

    Tim Berg, Partner and Head of the Insolvency Team at Short Richardson & Forth, will present an overview of tenant insolvency its effect on the commercial landlord and what can be done.

    Jonathan Rodger, Barrister at Trinity Chambers Newcastle, expert in insolvency and landlord and tenant, will present on CVAs.

    Chris Morgan, Solicitor in the Commercial Property Team at Short Richardson & Forth, will present case studies with advice on how to deal with an insolvent seller.

    This presentation will be of particular interest to Insolvency Practitioners, Surveyors and Property Companies.
