Claire qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and joined Short Richardson & Forth in April 2008.
Claire is part of the firm's Commercial Property Team.
Claire also offers support to the firm's Employment Team and deals with a wide range of employment law matters both contentious and non-contentious. Claire advises on all employment issues including unfair dismissal, breach of contract, redundancy, policies and procedure, and terms and conditions of employment.
Claire has particular expertise in negotiating compromise agreements on behalf of senior management and enjoys getting deals done.
Out of work Claire like to keep fit and is currently attending Boot Camp. She also enjoys cooking and eating out.
