Denize works within the firm's Debt Recovery Department, overseeing bulk debt collection for local and nationwide firms and companies.
Denize worked at Short Richardson & Forth LLP as a secretary within the employment department for six years before taking up the challenge of this new role in 2007. Denize has recently studied with CLT and Bristol University and graduated with a specialist paralegal qualification in debt recovery practice. She is also a member of the Society of Specialist Paralegals.
Denize has developed expertise in advising clients about the best methods of recovery of debt. She represents clients chasing a variety of debts by sending initial letters of demand, issuing court proceedings, and enforcing court orders by appropriate methods including instructing the county court bailiffs or local enforcement agents, placing charging orders and following insolvency procedures. She is able to deal effectively with difficult debtors, and is able to take the weight off client's minds with her unique and efficient system.
Outside of work Denize enjoys testing her knowledge at her local weekly pub quiz, as well as walking and gardening.
