Short Richardson & Forth’s  Insolvency  team have experience of all the nuances that the various insolvency processes invariably bring about.  Because of its often disparate associations with other legal fields it is critical that any insolvency advice is given with an understanding of the bigger legal picture.

Our team is led by Tim Berg, a highly experienced solicitor in this field, who established the Short Richardson & Forth Insolvency department when he joined the firm in 2005. Tim has a specialism in contentious insolvency and has a special interest in asset recovery cases.
