Recovering your money
The majority of commercial debts are undisputed, and in these cases, our fees are recoverable from the debtor as part of the recovery process. Where debt is disputed, we will agree a low fixed fee with you to cover the proceedings up to and including the final court hearing. Where the debt exceeds £5,000 the majority of our fees are usually recoverable from the debtor.
