Claire qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and joined Short Richardson & Forth in April 2008.
Claire assists David Richardson as a Solicitor in the firm's Commercial Property Department and has experience in advising both landlord and tenants on lease terms and associated issues, and in the sale and purchase of commercial premises and land.
Claire also offers support to the firm’s Employment Department, in particular, in advising on and negotiating compromise agreements on behalf of employees.
Outside of Work....
“I like to keep fit and enjoy cooking. When I’m not cooking up a storm in the kitchen, I spend most of my spare time working on the rest of my house which I can only describe as a ‘project’.”
